Never get more than six hours. Usually more like four, and often restless or interrupted.
Since going back to work full time, little has changed other than tired all the time.
About 10 years ago, I had to have a camera down my throat and after a few minutes struggle, they sedated me. Best kip I've had for ages.
Any one recommend a non addictive medication that I can take at weekends and catch up on lost sleep?
