The heat's nothing....it's the soul destroying humidity coupled with the high temps that makes life worth living ..... or making sure your A/C is serviced...

As low as they can go.

The bedroom one goes to 16. That one's my favourite.

Yep. Rang my mum yesterday. Thinking it's autumn in Australia, I made a (hollow) whinge about it being so hot here @32. She responded that it was currently 40 and that 3 days ago it was 43. But it's all about the humidity, isn't it.
It rained for the first time in March here down south yesterday, and things cooled to 29. Same again today. Quite pleasant.

Rub some olive oil into your skin, Luigi. Get yourself a good tan in time for Songkran.

i'm in the west riding of yorkshire right now, with strong winds, a temp of about 2C and a real feel of -6C, and its been snowing all morning.

its unexpected and quite brutal. and at times like this i do miss thailand.

^^ It does have it's plus sides.

Did head out for a sneaky oil massage today.

The warm oil was lovely in the cool aircon.

    The wallpaper was questionable though.

Think it was melting in the fookin' heat.

i dont mind the cold, some suitable clothing is all you need, but this has come out of nowhere.

the past few days have been springlike with sunshine and temps in the low teens.

Its worse when you keep your abode at 16 and take hot showers. Its only just begun as well.

Sitting in Darwin and it's good.
Heavy duty rainstorms at night but they've generally cleared by noon.
Allegedly they've had 2 meters this season.
Humidity doesn't get a chance to build up.
    Lovely.

Meanwhile, in the mountains east of Chiang Kong the occasional rain storm has cleared the air, watered the ground and now we await the build up.

All good. It's what ice cold beers are for.
