These types of folk would never have been going to be studying at Oxford would they?

NOT ALL though. Plenty of successful wealthy farangs work/retire in Thailand but the ratios are retard/smart is skewed in favor of the retard farangs because of economic reality.
    I read your thread.

In short you are perfectly describing yourself and let me explain why.

In that exhibitionist thread you stated how you don't like "Western" women and are attracted to Asian figure. Apparently this is why you can't laid in UK and come to a third world country shagging sluts who have been with hundred Arabs before you. That's fine. What is not fine is being a hypocrite.

For example, there are plenty of hot Asian women in the West. They are hot, amazing in bed and there is a lot more variety. They are even not that hard to get. So, who the fuck are you trying to fool with this fat ugly council chicks story rofl.... I mean you gotta be an absolute loser at 30 not to be able to score any chicks back home, so you have to travel thousands of miles to get some.... and when you do, you make a thread about it? I mean.... who the fuck does that?

The most hilarious thing is that "good office girls" that you shagged post on Thaifirendly and Tinder. That's the ultimate fucking hilarity. Most women with a real career would never post on these sites and certainly don't fuck on first dates. Fuck,, even if you listen to some interviews with Tim Sharky he will confirm this. You have been duped with your ignorance and stupidity, but you try to convince us you are some kind of special success in Thailand. ROTFLMAO.

And seriously.... what kind of fucking job do you have? Some digital nomanding shit.... yet here you are'''' judging people with 9 to 5 jobs.

See ya hi' rollin' at Nasa Vegas residences.

On 2 occasions when trying to have a sensible discussion with mad ex #2, her sheer and total stupidity made me completely flip.

You know the saying 'never argue with an idiot because you can't win and they will drag you down to their level'?

This is absolutely true. My IQ is somewhat high (being ex-rocket scientist etc).

While I usually the most calm and patient of people, her unbelievable, moronic, total fuckwit, single-digit IQ had me screaming like a screamy guy at her.

In fact, after losing it with her for about 30 seconds, I suddenly realised that if I continued to scream, I'd probably drop dead there and then from a heart attack, (which was maybe her plan).

Happily, those days are long behind me, and I am once again the calmest of calm people, even dealing with the bastard ADHD kindergarten kid today who disrupted 100 other kids in the middle of the exam hall by suddenly jumping up and pretending to be a space rocket.

    ^^Spot on.

He's already mentioned several times that working in the UK is like a sentence to him.

And we know what he lives for.

    And Thailand 'attracts the losers'.

One of the more clearcut examples of someone needing a look in the mirror. Do you seriously think a single person on this forum aspires to your lifestyle, shrewed?

It's my understanding that there are two major forms of intelligence.

You you can measure analytically and that is what we commonly refer to as our personal 'IQ.'

Then there is a measure of Emotional Intelligence ... EI.

EI is easy enough to identify, but possibly, more difficult to quantify.

Lucky is the Man, or Woman who has a decent quotient of both.

Emotional Intelligence helps you survive/accept/adapt to Thailand. Note that I'm not saying adopt, that, for me is a bridge to far. I see some merit in their ways/traditions and Culture, but not enough to go 'all in'.

If you can live, possibly even relish living in the Kingdom, maybe Thailand increases your Emotional Intelligence quotient... who knows.

Personally, I try and balance my time between the West and Thailand ... keeps me sane.

Sadly I was never challenged by smart and intelligent conversations anywhere. Although if I think back maybe the Guesthouse bar when I worked at once place in Indonesia. The rest of the time it was about football/rugby et al.

Certainly not on here. This seems to be mostly trash talk or trying to win some pointless argument where the other party knows very little about the subject.

If anything I have gained wisdom by living in Asia. Although admittedly that has nothing to do with intelligence. I suppose intelligence would tell one not to bother posting on here? Or is that wisdom.

We all have to be somewhere but in truth the idea of having to spend one's time anywhere in Britain for any length of time is quite unappealing. Europe and the UK are still available to us without restriction but I think one will " on reste ici " as a permanent billet.

My local is 50 yards away on the beach, a fat old red sun dips behind the distant sea mists as the late afternoon zephyrs rustle the palm trees between us and the shore as we down our happy hour drinks in a bid to ward off the daily depression that we don't have to endure the lower class English youths and their lumpen forebears subsisting in their dreary grey and tediously predictable uniformity any more.

That's the thing, Tax, England is beautiful and enjoyable but the British are now really quite repellent and their suburbia is omnipresent.

No way will I go back there as I enter injury time.

I get really depressed when I see them all in their silly tracksuits, slack jawed tattooed ugliness, pushing their brats around, the endless fucking charity shops in every fucking high street, the betting shops, the Wetherspoons, the shabbiness of the British, the evening piss crawl through vomit strewn littered highways and byways, the dreary uniformity of endless housing estates bathed in sodium lighting, the sheer awful dullness of a nation that spends its entire lifetime waiting for holidays and fucking Xmas.

Thank you for reminding me Tax.

    What are the minor ones?!

Surely the two types of intelligence are:
    1. Networth quotient = how much money you got
    2. Beauty quotient = how much honey you got

I can't see how any other numbers really help very much... save to soothe the fragile egos of failures like myself.

It is a matter of perspective. Where I live there are only a couple who speak any English. That, in itself, can be a benefit.
The environment is one I treasure viz the crystal clear days, lack of noise pollution, no parking meters, barely a policeman in sight.
We have Pay TV if we wish, CDs of all varieties, books etc.
The monks come doing their alms rounds.
The local hospital is less than 2 years old - staff could be better.
CNX & Chiang Rai are 1-1.5hrs away. They provide whatever else so desire.

Biggest culture shock on going home is the kids in the UK, especially the small ones. Playing up screaming and shouting in supermarkets pubs and restaurants, and the parents just let them do it with a, well they are just kids attitude. There was an article this week about whether it was OK for parents to let kiddies use a potty-in a restaurant! I know they can be evil bastards when they get to vocational Schools here, but younger Thai kids are mostly delightful and polite, most kids back home need a good smack.
