If 'farang' refers to guava, then yes, they're delicious, aroy mak, masarap! I ate 3 of them when I last visited my mom - she has a guava tree in the province.

@za - yes, wear your red high heels. A girl needs to wear red once in a while. I have red shoes too, but they're not heels. I wear them when I feel wicked. (Wicked witch of the west - Wizard of Oz). It's a cold day here too, prolly 20+ degrees, but I like it.
@bb - you're welcome to borrow my black stiletto heels. You can wear them to kick Iceman. :D

I only wear heels for 'speshul' occasions. Can't wear them to work everyday or my feet would 'kill me'! Re: wearing heels & pain, we have a term for it: tiis-ganda, meaning to bear the pain for beauty. ;)

When I arranged to meet my Handbag for the first time she told me that she is sorry because she cannot wear high heels.
I thought this was fantastic because it excluded her from any sort of Bar work. :)

Its raining cats and dogs! Its cold here in the mountains. Temp was 15-12°C. Stilettoes and high heels will just get stuck on the mud..... People going to church this morning wore sneakers or flip-flops. They're more practical. I stayed in with my book and stayed warm.
