LTP's (Lab Terrier Pies)
I have never eaten a meat pie (no pervy comments pls, heh) as I don't know anyone/anywhere here who sells or makes them. I've only eaten fruit/dessert pies like coconut pie, lemon, apple, pineapple pies. If ever I go to Pattaya (which I doubt), I'll look for LT's elusive pies. :D
There ya go.
A niche waiting to be filled (no pervy comments)

^ Meat pies are awesome! (not suggesting that as a name) just saying like...
I remember a few months ago, the winner of best pie (Aussie/NZ) was a Kiwi/Thai fusion pie... was the first time a non-meat pie, was awarded the best pie...
^The pie shop around the corner from home does a Thai green curry pie. I got one to try out of curiosity when they first opened and it was fantastic!. Kind of strange biting into a pie and getting that taste, but once the brain came to grips with the idea that it wasn't a typical meat pie, it was very enjoyable. Clever marketing idea by the shop, my Missus (Thai) will often be the one that brings up the idea of grabbing some pies for lunch or dinner which isn't what you'd expect a Thai to feel like eating.
^ You are lucky to have such an open minded Thai wife mate...
Most stick to Thai food... somtam being almost a daily ritual...(nothing against somtam mind you, very healthy)...
Green curry pies are pretty commonplace these days. Google it and you'll find dozens of recipes.
