WOW, that would have been an interesting place to enjoy the cut and thrust of witty banter plus benefiting from the exchange of pertinent information and the like.

Indeed like minded traders would be able to form "rings" where investments could be traded without the goverments anti business regulations could be ignored if a lad tells me he's game I'm not doing the paperwork "statutory" so what if his ID card was written in crayon?
