Levothyroxine every day forever... my thyroid stopped working many years ago.
Good though... I lead a relatively active life. Plus Zinc if I've been shagging a lot to help keep me in ammo

    On topic:
I'm fast homing in on my 50th orbit of the sun, but I don't take any regular medicines. My BP varies from "hmm, approaching something to watch" to A-OK so I assume the latter and carry on regardless.

About 4 years ago I had an incident that led to huge internal bleeding which damaged my liver (and shut down my spleen and some other internal bits as I understand it for a while) so I try to moderate how much I drink nowadays and try to eat well.

I keep some colchicine to hand in case I ever have another gout attack, but it's been well over a decade since the last one so I hope that particular torment is behind me for good now.

Oh, and Counterpain is good for stopping mozzie bites from itching so much so I always have a tube of that handy.

^ Hey Ice, do you take L-Cartinine for energy, or to mobilize fat?

Do you take it in the morning, or pre-workout?

I started taking it on the recommendation of my daughter - fitness freak.

I take it post gym work out - Am I taking it at the wrong time?

    Interesting.

I took max 3 grams VitB3 (nicotinic acid) and magnesium daily to reduce LDL and raise HDL along with low carb/low calorie very healthy, highly nutritious diet, and daily 2hrs exercises, weights and walking to achieve a fat loss of 5 kilos replaced by 5 kilos of muscle mass over 6 months, accompanied by increased vitality, agility and stamina.

A calory restricted nutritious diet is life extending, but boosted by VitB3 and magnesium your metabolism increases and you notice the change, you actually look and feel younger, and the fat disappears.

Keeping the regimen going is the trick....LDL reserves builds up fast if not used.

Hard to find a definitive answer as to the best time to take it. Some take it on an empty stomach first thing in the morning.. otherwise before exercise (for energy) and post-workout for recovery.
Maybe try different ways and see which time reacts best with your body.

Take it an hour before sleep (together with wearing night glasses) made my sleep 100 x better... so much more refreshed the next day (even with less sleep)..

Just watch your calcium intake, as that is one mineral us men get adequate amounts without need for supps... an abundance of it, does more harm than good (google it)...

Oh, and you guys know I swear by raw garlic.. not everyday (I'm too busy to chop it) but at least 2 - 3 times per week. My morning wood is like when I was 14 (I'm early 30's).

*Excuse me, almost mid-thirties... they say how you look after yourself 10 years ago, is how you will look and feel today.
(actually, I said that...) ^ dunno, if it's completely true, but I'm going along with that thought pattern anyway.

We all have surplus incomes, savings, etc... we/you can afford these things. We look after our cars, change the oil/lube/fleshlight heh... so we should take care of our own bodies infinitely better no?

Just my opinion... granted I am vain as fuck, so that plays a big part.. at least I'm honest (only 1 person called me a liar)...not naming her...

it does rhyme with - shit, what rhymes with stalker wa???
sorry guys, I'm exhausted... note to self: don't use heaters in rooms to dry the plaster (while I'm working with my bro)... or drink heaps of water!!

I take magnesium tabs daily, balances my calcium intake(and assists other metabolic processes) in milk, yoghurt etc, no need for added calcium supplements.

Garlic every day or as often as possible is easy with a good quality garlic crusher. Just crush enough to fill a small jam jar and let it age for a few days.

Aged garlic is many times more beneficial than fresh chopped raw or cooked garlic. Add a teaspoonful to any meal.

    Research on Aged Garlic Extract
The research on Aged Garlic Extract is largely responsible for the worldwide explosive growth in garlic supplement usage. Research has shown that Kyolic Aged Garlic Extract helps improve circulation, blood pressure, cholesterol, homocysteine levels and many other cardiovascular risk factors. Kyolic has also been proven to enhance immune function and protect your cells from oxidation and aging.*

Interesting read...Thanks for the link ENT.

Get a decent stainless steel Prestige garlic crusher mate, around NZ$15, you won't regret it,...easy to use and clean, and the garlic you'll produce is way superior to the processed stuff. Just source your garlic well,....that black garlic sounds interesting.

A minute drop of the aged oil (nearly odorless) on the end of a toothpick, dabbed once a day on a wart or squamous cell skin cancer, or big melanoma looking freckles, will get rid of them in less than a month, sometimes only a week or so, they don't like it, react and get red and cranky, then wimp out and die. No scars left, just my lovely baby smooth skin...

I've cleared off half a dozen of them during the last few months.
