Not strictly true also.

Medically speaking the need for enemas is debatable at best and in fact over-use of the procedure can cause long-term harm and damage to the bodies normal bowel processes absorption of nutrients and fluids. Likewise there's no support or evidence for that the use of herbs or other materials in an enema is beneficial. Even short-term, non-medical, use of the procedure can cause a number of side-effects all the way from nausea to a perforated rectum. Frankly the whole thing these days is little more than a fad.

So really there's not a whole lot of good reasons to be sticking a tube up your arse and forcing urine into it. Unless of course you enjoy that sort of thing.
