    Scones
    3 cups of flour - sift - add a little sugar - throw in some fruit if you're a fruity type.
    Cup of cream and a cup of cold lemonade.

    Mix gently - roll gently - cut into circles with a small beer glass - brush top with egg/ milk. cook until scone colour.

    My grandmum blanched when I told her the recipe but she et 'em.

    Great for keeping the cholesterol up.
