Thread: China Southern or Malindo Air ..anyone flown

Hi..anyone flown China Southern or Malindo Air before..prices are very cheap at the moment...I know cheap is not always good..but a buck is still a buck..

i flew with them in china last year.

chengdu to dalian via xian, and dalian to beijing.

the aircraft were all brand new, the service was good, hardly any english was spoken, food was not great.

the airports, modern as they are, are chaotic though, people wont queue, they push and shove and shout and scream, if you dont push your way to the front you just remain at the back forever, so passing through check in and security need some tactical planning if you are not to miss your flight. very little english spoken at the airports we used, so if you need any information it may be hard to get.

China Southern are fine , never heard of the of the other one.

Thanks for the replies..forgot to put coming from OZ..the land of great expense..
Its about a 7 hour flight direct..lot longer stopping at K/L or others..
Might give China Southern a go..half the price of Thai Airways..
