^^I have to say I was not expecting to have my masculinity maligned for attaching an innocuous trailer to my bike!
I had been planning on maybe taking it on a trip to the beach for fun. But perhaps I will keep it cloistered to my forested driveway on chainsaw carriage duties and out of public view
^My magpie bicycle encounters have been few and far betwixt, but I will take that cautionary advice on note.
I have not done any toting testing yet but it seems to be well designed.
First test try-out for the trundle trailer trolley. It took a while to assemble. A link to a youtube or some photos would be better than these line drawing instructions.
A little bit rattly and noisy but that was mostly empty. Might be quieter full.
Handling and stability are within acceptable margins.
No public exhibition yet. Only private driveway duties. I might take FF2 to the beach in it if she blows through again.
^ you going all eco on us. You used to bundle them in the boot of tge jaaaaaaaagg
A couple of tea spoons full a day will keep the doctor away.
The new superfood!
You heard it here first!!
Chia seeds are also an incredible source of alpha-linoleic acid (ALA), an omega-3 fatty acid that helps to promote a lower ratio of omega-6 to omega-3 fatty acids. A lower ratio is linked to reduced risks of chronic disorders such as heart disease, cancer, and inflammatory conditions.
Chia seeds (Salvia hispanica), also called Salba chia or Mexican chia, are the edible seeds of a flowering plant from the mint family. Native to Mexico and Guatemala, the seeds have a long history. They were a vital crop in ancient Aztec and Mesoamerican cultures. The seeds had medicinal uses and made up an important part of people's diets.
Today, chia grows commercially in many countries including Mexico, Guatemala, Peru, Argentina, Australia, and the United States. The seeds are widely recognized as a nutrient-dense addition to healthy diets.

Hmmmm. Well remembered, my brekky of choice back then with the body of a Greek God was indeed Greek yoghurt, berries, chia seeds and nuts, with a little slathering of honey or caramel sauce.
Although I'm happy to now be too out of shape for a road trip involving Joe and Mendy and his Tranny
There's a new diet out there today called the Starmer Jab!
Sir Keir Starmer and his health secretary have been lauding the potential of the new generation of weight-loss drugs.
Given as regular injections, the treatments – Wegovy and Mounjaro – mimic a hormone that makes people less hungry.
Not only could they help reduce waistlines, the prime minister and Wes Streeting said, they could also hold the key to a thriving economy. Sir Keir told the BBC it was time to “think differently”.
He was speaking after it was announced a trial would be run by Health Innovation Manchester, a research group linked to the NHS, and drug firm Eli Lilly to see if the weight loss drug Mounjaro could help get obese people back into work.

I'm having mashed potato and chia seeds for dinner tonight
The new chariot has got a shizzy jizzy button that you press and the boot folds closed by itself so you don't get an incriminating bloody handprint on teh boot lid!
I got this crackling impulse buy ladder for $109 minus $10 with a coupon and minus another $30 refund since one of the feet was dented when I took it out of the box.
Awesome for DIY roofing to fix a storm leak at one of my my town house rentals. (yes roofing should be fixed by the body corporate but I am helping them to locate the problem as their handyman is not as handy as advertised).
First unblock all the leaves from the dispersion pipe.
Then map out a route for suggested new piping
Finish in the complex gym and then steam up in the sauna
Finally cool in the pool and watch the supermoon hoving into view (another month another supermoon)
^
1. Yes, I prefer round PVC
2. Yes, there should be more of a slope on that wall return
3. I am calling it a dispersion pipe as that seems to be its function. But that is my own self-coined term!
4. The ladder is a ripper - bloody oath!
I was eyeing up an alternative driveway trundle carriage after having my bike trailer cruelly maligned
Can't make up my mind in between the F1 and the Hello Kitty
A new gay Christmas tree has joined the line up this year.
I was tempted but I have already put mine up for 2024. (I might get the small one to dip my toe in the water)
I am grateful to shopping centre for providing a discreetly located vending machine (in the corridor to the gent's public lavatories) for fans of Barbie dolls of a certain age who would prefer not to go up to the counter and run the gauntlet of the checkout girl's suspicious gaze
^^ Well gay, Looper. Even my daughter doesn't like pink any more.
After 17 years of trusty service my vegetable straining spoon developed a big hole and it's been annoying me for months. Broccoli and sprouts are no problem but peas fit through the hole and straining a saucepan full of peas had become a nightmare.
Yesterday I had to take the daughter to Lotus to get some 'back to school' stuff, and while we were there I thought 'fuk it', I'm going to buy a new spoon.
And I did. Just like that.
Only 99 Baht and with an imitation wooden handle to boot.
Happy days. I'll be Christening it tonight.
^ it would last a lot longer if you stopped doubling it up as a beater of your Persian rug
Chiang Mai Top Trumps. They're releasing a Bangkok version soon, and also a Monopoly set but I'm less keen on that.
While I was offshore I happened upon a listing on the FB Marketplace for a BMW E36 with a Toyota Supra 1JZ VVTi Turbo engine in it, dropped a deposit then soon as I got home I flew up to BKK, bought it and drove it back to Songkhla.
Because fuck it.
