so far there has been the ICOs where funds have been raised via the coin offerings , but on the horizon will be regulated ICOs based on smart contracts based on a blockchain which will remove the cosy deals and fat percentage bonuses and the shares will be issued at the cost they are valued by the buyers rather than any inflated price to enhance the banker percentage
Arifa Khan with DGCAMP-Himalaya Global is the darling of the bunch at the moment - but it seems to be based on ECR-20 with ethereum which has yet to show a working PoS ( proof of stake ) so maybe not the correct blockchain to use - though nothing stopping porting the contract code to other chains[COLOR=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.7)][/COLOR]
