Here's a conspiracy:

Tesla, Saylor, Musk and various hedge funds started making announcements about purchasing Crypto at the end of last year. They'd all pay short term capital gains if they sold those assets in less than a year. It's in their interests to get a FOMO pump going sometime at the end of the year so they can sell into the hysteria. They'll be the ones on twitter proclaiming 100k$BTC, 10k$ETH all the while selling at 80k$ and 8k$.

^Not saying that's gonna happen, but the timing fits perfectly into the 4 year cycle narrative so it's something the professional traders will be considering. There could of course be a black/white/green swan event and we all go back to throwing money into our 401ks. Just something to consider if we get a euphoric rise in the next few months.

Now they have their own digital Yuan (along with the restrictions and population control built in) I expect they will continue to announce they are banning crypto several more times.

As one commentator said: "If China is banning it, maybe it has value?"

This may be a tiny bit old, but is a good example of going to digital currency if they can ever criminalize bitcoin, They are talking about "programming" the currency. (Kind of seems like the forced vaccinations are for your own good) <that's coming. How about you have to weigh in at the door of a takeaway shop before you can buy fish&chips or a kabab with cheese.
