197k PND bought last week, I don't see 600% rise (55%/24hr) but current price about breaks me even after spreads etc. Didn't have that (or DOG) on my watchlist, forgot about it.

I'd guess that was a 1,000thb buy.
Now worth $128. :)

BX says down to 500% for the day.

Advice sought:
Going to be putting my Nano into storage until December.
Will be putting my long-term (or semi long term, I suppose) coins on it.
From BX I will be putting:
BTC
BCH
DAS
ETH
REP
XRP
LTC
XZC
OMG
onto it.
Am on Binance (just starting), what coins are worth putting onto it with a view of holding until December this year? (then probably withdrawing 90% of each coin's value)
Thank you kindly gents.

LOL, did you just make up this word?
Because Coinbase fokked up with the BCH lauch. It got leaked and they fokked it. That's why they're not launching. ConTelegraph have just put their own little spin on that story. They're long time Ripple (OmG iT's cENtrAliSed!!1!) haters. I don't think it will hurt the price a lot. XRP is pumped mainly by the Japanese & Koreans. They don't really care if Coinbase has it or not. They see it being used locally by banks and they like it. Completely different mindset to the idealistic westerners like Earl who still have bitter memories of the GFC and the economy getting screwed by the banks.
^^ who cares - by then the nano will be worth more than the cryptos on it...:kma:
Do you have it already? I ordered 30th dec and still twiddling.
Nope, ordered mine 2 days ago I think, should be here next week.
Yup, that's correct.
I haven't gone through them yet. The ones it doesn't hold I'll store on a PC wallet.
So I suppose I could rephrase, which coins on Binance would people recommend with a view to holding for 11 months or so?
Thanks.
Could be my devious mind but noticed over the past week or so that bx pegs the XRP price a few short of realtime. Iow, anyone selling XRP through bx gets ripped off, and anyone trying to buy at its lower price simply ends up with an indefinite open buy order.
Mate sold his Pandacoin after today's 600%'er.
Bought for $6 a few weeks ago, sold for $31.
Could be a costly $31 sale in a few years time. :)
Lol, yeah that doesn't seem worth. Even as a total lark $6 is a seriously weak buy
Bladdy hell, another school run and returned to -$7k!
FFS!
Now -$5k, amazing how fast it moves.
And the sleeping giant awakes. BTC is on a rip.
Pretty much inevitable..:)
Here's a very interesting and kinda funny Vitalik Buterin discussion.

This and Baldrick's post on Reddit/4 Chan shills made me think about how a good way to cut through the noise and make an informed decision. I remember a year ago buying FCT based purely on the fact that Homeland Security had seed funded it. Big corporations and government departments can do DD much better than I could. I think a good way to value a coin's long term viability is to see who's backing it.
Cut down on your own effort doing DD and ride on other coattails.
That doesn't actually help you cause FCT isn't listed on Binance but it's something for people to think about.
If lil ole Lu Lagos-igence started studying charts like he does Nigerian hoes on Craiglist he'd be retired by now:)
Nano stick arrived. Will load it up with coins over the next few days.
Will list up the coins and price and Dilly can organism when they're worth 1/4 come December. :)
Good luck with that, lettuce know how you manage and will you be transfering your cold storage stuff right away?
Next few days to a week.
Need to go and buy some of the Binance coins before I chuck it in the safe for 11 months.
