Nawier, so I guess you are the expert on determining blame for vehicular accidents then. I will write myself a note to call you if and when I ever have one and let you speak to the BIB. Do you even have a Thai driver's license?

Looks like you are also an expert typist. Not!

Would not have happened if the rider had parked his bike correctly, I.e. backed into the space.

He would then have simply ridden away. Sorry but two wrongs don't make a right?

When I'm parking my motor in Thailand this is exactly what I do.

Always reverse in and then drive away happily.

    All to easy innit.

Firstly...the spellin errors is as a result of my tablet going spazzo since dropping in the ocea...apology accepted....

As for accidents....had 4 in thailand...all deemed other parties fault except one...but that was their fault too....by police and insurance companies.....while your scenario may happen, mit is not the jorm and spreads like wildfire from drunken barstool heroes that newbies listen to with shock n awe.....

Yes...I do have a thai dl.....i now use it as an asean international dl and the stoopid fookers believe me

How about stumping up some of your disability Pension and buying yourself a New Putor.

Your Tablet is fucked, your post reads like it was written by a 2 year old.

    Maybe it was.

If the blame is a toss up between the farang not looking before backing his bike out or Somchai not checking his mirrors I'm 99.9% sure Somchai was in the wrong.

But as Terri has already mentioned, the Motorcyclist has already left the scene and everybody was satisfied.

I recon the Bike rider was more disappointed that his new bike was laying on the deck more than trying to argue the toss with the Thai.

Nothing was going to come of it and he knew it.

    Probably covered by insurance.

Don't know many farangs with new bikes (that cost over 250k) that don't have first class insurance for them .

Pattaya is not a shithouse. A place is what one makes of it.

Fantastic little gem of wisdom there can, almost as good as your other classic about the nana hotel being a great family hotel.

The Nana is a great hotel and suits me just fine. Why ? because, unlike you, it doesn't pretend to be something it isn't.

The remarks about Pattaya being a shithole are only made by idiots who have seen only its bad side. They are offensive to those decent people who live in Pattaya and who have families there.

Not everywhere in Pattaya is like Soi 6, no hotel in Bangkok is more than 100 metres from a hooker.

Disparaging comments about the Nana and Pattaya are made mostly by uneducated, spineless little weeds who think that everyone else is as inadequate as they are.

How many nicknames do you have, Dapper ? Do you act like a normal human being when using any of the others ?

You are not amusing, you are just a little boy. Now, pee up your leg and play with the steam !

If not the hotel, the immediate neighborhood wouldn't be classified as kid/family friendly....but, the Raj is!

I Luigi'd a fit bird in there in front of her old dutch boyfriend upon request once.

Did a thread on that subzero place (I think) just after it was arranged.

    Ol' Nooners got all excited.

Alas, I can't remember the size of the bed.
