Finished the night (and early morning) with Coffee in attendance later - at a reggae bar on the main street. Very good music, and a nice atmosphere. The teachers arrived later, but fortunately took themselves upstairs out of view. The bar highly recommended and the best in the area.

(I can't imagine that I've heard that disco standard covered live in Isaan.)

Note: ******* was one happy camper dancing the night away while making friends among the local crowd with many nice ladies less than half his age on hand enjoying the show. He remained a purr-fect gentleman throughout the show.
I noticed that ********'s outgoing , convivial personality made an impressive showing on those who thoroughly are into the music and assuredly he will be welcomed back with open arms and high-fives by both the band and management.

At 1:30 my lady and I were accompanied back to Soi Cola by ******** and friend.
As he had plans with his friend in attendance we parted ways.
The Speed 3 'music hall' was packed to the rafters. I'm not sure what time they close on a Saturday night. I was horizontal well before 3.

All in all a very decent night out for mingling with the younger crowd.
