No, they don't....not all have the flat top, which I think is essential. Some are barrel shaped.

I got one of them. My favourite thing about my house. I think I prefer winter to summer for that reason alone.

Chopping wood is a bit of work if you have trees and are planning on doing that.

I got a chainsaw and axes.

Or you can get wood delivered but in Aussie that is expensive.

I guess in Thailand you can pay Somchai to chop the wood.

I got it second hand from a Liverpudlian in northern NSW. I don't know who he stole it from!

They weigh about 100-200Kg so shipping costs from aussie could be prohibitive.

They are not very complicated so you could probably get one fabricated like in b0b's link.

Best to use 8-10mm steel or iron for the firebox I would say.

My link goes to instructables.com - a quick search on there shows lots of plans for woodburners, potbellies too. Any reasonably competent metalworker (and there are plenty in Chiang Mai) should be able to make one up for a reasonable price, certainly a lot less expensive than importing.

I have a wood burning stove and I recently purchased a fan for it, a Valient heat powered 4blade stove fan.
It's only power force that drives this fan is the heat of the stove.

Dont do this. Cast Iron or plate steel.

Ive an old Franklin I'm not using, too bad the shipping Is ten times the value.

Look to the north, Don't they still burn coal in China.
