We live in a fairly Chinese-dominated area, most houses are owned by Chinese and businesses are owned and run by them - so, our market is also Chinese-oriented, not a bad thing as Malay markets are basically just fried food . . .
Aside from these stalls, there are lots of clothing, electronics, shoes etc.. stalls but the food is different here - and generally quite good.
We don't go very often, perhaps once a month - can't get fresher veggies than at the market
Egg/dairy sellers
Durian, of course (sadly the season has ended)
Lots of rice dishes cooking up . . .
Chinese medical 'cures' are on hand . . .
Cricket catchers in the adjacent field . . .
More soon . . .
