That forecast, similar to Goldman Sachs et al, was predicated on a WTO Brexit, you oaf.

Do keep up, you dribbling buffoon.

I have to admit that you comparing your obviously incorrect predictions with Goldman Sachs hilarious.

BTW, what are Goldman’s predictions for a date when your condo pool will be up and running again? Har, har.

How could my prediction be incorrect if it was predicated on an outcome that did not occur. My prediction was shared by many economic institutions but given your level of ignorance, only exceeded by your inability to comprehend it, how on earth would you have known, you lumpen oaf.

You really are quite thick, aren't you. That's the trouble with you manual workers when you try to communicate on the internet. You simply do not have the skills beyond ditch digging to express yourselves coherently or intelligently in an informed manner.

I think the opening of our swimming pools will take effect when we are re-classified as an orange zone. It will be a great relief to many of us as we struggle with the current hot and very humid spell.

I opened a Wise account two days ago, and as a trial, moved 1K from my UK bank to my SCB account using the debit card method. The transfer happened virtually instantaneously from pressing confirm to receiving a credit text from SCB. Rate I got was 44.61, with the charges from Wise being 390 baht (more than normal because used debit card). Impressed.

Wise has been good for me. I now keep some cash in GBP in my Wise account, it earns the same interest as I get in the bank, zero. If I want money in Thailand I fire up the app, check the rate and hit send. Last time I did that I then checked my Krung Thai app and the money had already arrived, cleared funds, within about one minute.

A better rate than the bank, almost instant transfer. What's not to like?

Of course! So much good news on the economic front. (Not.)

The government says it needs to borrow 700 billion baht more to revitalise the Covid 19-rocked economy ....

Govt must spend B700bn loan 'prudently'
