It just shows how much money Banks make changing money.

Their rates are shit always but most punters do not know about places like Superich.

Huge profits to be made by Banks changing money.

    Fookin coonts they are.

You're up shit street as far as changing money goes. In the smaller places you ain't got a lot of choice except to deal with a Bank.

I imagine in the larger towns like KK, Ubon, Udon and such there must be money changers that offer a better rate. ?

This is getting better, I remember in 2002 the baht was nearly 42 on the dollar, that was good for me.

I see all the houses being built around where I live and wonder what Thai can afford these places????

I had some of that Black money years ago from a friend that got scammed on it. He ended up going back to Hawaii because of it, Sad story really but GREED got to him and he paid dearly for his mistakes.

He tried hard to get me involved and I said no thanks. There was a guy on here years ago, oh yea, his name was BAD BANKER if I remember correctly, haven't seen him for years here. He said the Black Money
was a true thing but never disclosed what the cleaning liquid was. 555 LOL

Many can't but they still build on borrowed money , there's one near me who built one last Christmas , from what I heard yesterday(if its correct) it won't be long before she will get kicked out .

They cannot afford to buy them but they will try to borrow too much in order to do so. Then, in the years to come they will face losing their houses through repossessions. It's the same economic cycle which is repeated time and time again.

I have been looking at Thai house prices on the Internet for many years and most of the expensive houses I have seen remain unsold. Having said that I am having a struggle to sell my own expensive home in the UK. The world economy is in a bit of a mess, I'm afraid.
