I understand MSA fairly well, Farsi I don't understand but my family are married into a family of Persians who fled just before the Islamic revolution so I can always get a translation if I particularly want to.

Regardless, what's being broacast on propaganda channels doesn't really matter - it's propaganda and therefore not be trusted. If your statement that we know that Iran is backing Shia unrest in KSA because Iranian TV says so then it should also be true that whole word is envious of North Korea and the its enlightened leadership because North Korean Media says so.
