Like the way he has Ramsays photo there, no love lost between the two.

Though Jamie has done very well for himself, he still can't cook, his production chefs still have to show him time and time again.

When one of his books was leaked on the internet about a decade ago, the best recipe in there was his wife jules bolognaise sauce.

Nonetheless, he has been obsessed on this "eating healthy" campaign of his of the last couple of years....

Don't know if he really gives a rat's fuck or just a gimmick to promote himself.

On the contrary, HH - Jamie is much more connected and skilled in the culinary/food world than that pompous cvnt Ramsey could only dream of.

Could you give us examples of how he's more connected, Jeff?

I might dare to challenge those who might question the good Mr. Oliver to check/research his background and extended food experience before making critical judgments....

Whatever his qualifications and experience, Jamie Oliver's done well for himself. Good for him.

Crazy world we live in, the guy is a millionaire from telling people how to cook a dinner, protesting about poor food in NHS hospitals and schools - note he is a millionaire.
Attention seeking prick will no doubt be telling the UK which way to vote soon.

Yep, Bourdain is the only chef I can watch for more than 5 minutes on television. His book "Kitchen Confidential" is very good as well.

What is wrong with teaching people how to eat healthy food?

Boloa no thats Jamie for sure, his lack of skills with the knife is defo him.

Now if we look at a pro doing the same job, you will hear the noise is so different, heres a couple of pros.

Who gives a shit who is richer than who, and who trained with the best chefs in Paris or Lyon or Skegness.

They are fun to watch. I enjoy watching cooking shows.

Bourdain is starting his new series next week.

Marco, Gordon, and Jamie all quite efficient as such applies to cutting an onion.
Yet, you don't seem to realize that each three were preparing the onion differently for different applications. The mechanics will differ depending on the use.

    1. Jamie - julienne
    2. Gordon - diced
    3. Marco - minced

Jeff are you on something they all diced in the videos, and Julienne or allumette, is a culinary knife cut in which the food item is cut into long thin strips, similar to matchsticks.

Marco cut a smaller dice known as Brunoise.
