It doesn't do much for humidity, though, apart from increase it. It's a reasonable short term measure but so is going to an air conditioned mall.

Why is he clever, please ? It has more chance of working as a time machine than it has as an air conditioning unit.

Looked at that idea last month but decided on buying a proper unit.
Lucky for us someone is trying to impress a friend of Gert, what can i do to help you he asked Gert friend.
He works for Mitsubishi air con, hence 50% discount on a nice new air conditioner for her and us.

Dry ice is useless. Go straight for liquid oxygen as it will provide initial cooling and light up your house at the same time. Ideal for long term savings and no need for the wat after.

Thais are not very bright. I bought a bag of frozen jam and cream doughnuts and put them in the freezer. Today I expressed a wish to taste one of the aforementioned doughnuts. My Thai wife had defrosted all ten of them. One down, nine to go.

    It was quite nice.

Once you start using Aircon you become a slave to it as your body never gets a chance to accustomise IMHO. Many years ago I would use aircon in the bedroom at night but as soon as you get up and go outside your f**ked .
Yes it does get hot in Thailand but I never use anything more that a fan ,but I will use a aircon train or buss if traveling
Nothing wrong with aircon ......I know people that live in aircon houses, jump in aircon cars to shop in aircon stores or mall and eat in aircon restaurants.....it's all down to choice.

Like my wife's friends. They virtually live 24/7 in aircon environments. And they complain about being fat.

Quite true. Only use it in the bedroom. 10 minutes should suffice.
