Megalodon

Does anyone have any stories that cannot be explained rationally? I was just watching a TV program about the Megalodon -- the extinct ? mega shark and it reminded me of a mate of mine who was a deckhand on a large (13 mtrs- 40 ft) fishing boat ,this was about 10 years ago when in Aus it was still legal to catch sharks, they had hooked a shark and were pulling it in , they did not know what it was or how big, their gear was heavy if you hooked something it was not good if it got off
About 15 minutes into the battle the shark started going ballistic and they then saw it was a 14-15 ft tiger shark , the water around the boat went dark and the shark stopped struggling and the front of the boat started to go under , the line was cut and the boat got the fk out of there, some of the older guys on the boat had seen it before but my mate never went to sea again.

A 5 meter great white....

Just watched a program about a taged 3 meter female great white that got eaten off the coast of WA .They know it was eaten because the electronic tag washed up on the beach and when they looked at the data they knew it had been in side another bigger fish,They had 3 suspects a giant squid,a killer whale or a bigger great white Shark.
To cut to a long story short at the end of the program they thought it was a 5 meter or bigger great white that killed the taged female shark.

Which is why i only swim in pools!! There is something about getting out of my depth in the sea that makes me freeze. All those "things" under there.

I know it's silly, and i am sure i am missing out. I can watch all the lovely stuff on TV.

One of my mates went into Gullivers with a bag full of sausages and he wasnt allowed in and he couldnt fathom a rational explanation about why he wasnt allowed in
