You really have a spike up you ass about this little tale don't you?

First of all, the story was originally written years ago. I had stated that in a previous post.

    QUOTE="koman"]
I wrote a short essay about a violent incident that took place in the local village a few years ago. It seems to fit in with the theme of this thread, so I'll try to find it and post. It's quite interesting----I think.[/QUOTE]

I had to dig around a bit to find it in my documents so I could add it to this thread, because it seemed to fit in with the subject matter. It's a bit of local village history BB.....that's all.

We did not even live here when it happened.

I know more about the characters involved now that I did at the time it was originally written.

    Things change; people change.

Yes, the former "loan shark" is now a peaceful farmer...but at the time he was indeed a loan shark or micro-loan facilitator if you prefer.

Yes the former loan shark's son had been previously non-violent and trouble free according to the people of the village where he lived,

Yes, it's a peaceful enough village. There have been no other notable incidences of violence since this one.

You keep bringing up my "involvement"... I was not involved other than as an observer...and that was purely by invitation, as I've already stated.

I'm not trying to win any "internet battle" as you put it. I've just been trying to expand on the story a little bit and trying to clarify some things which you seem to be all hung up about.

I was not expecting a "battle" or to be put on trial and having to defend myself for posting a short anecdote about life and a form of justice in the local village, way back in 2010 It's really quite straight forward and uncomplicated.

An hour or so reading the board nowadays makes me want to bitch slap the ever loving shite out of Jeff.

So much vapid dross, so many threads.
Do you reckon he's a software package? Like an AI that learns and vomits out sentences that almost make sense, but not quite?

I reckon you could do that these days.

I was concerned that you were dealing with violent maniacs in a dangerous place, as you outlined. Awfully sorry for believing your story and worrying about your welfare...
Jesus, fucking, wept, do you talk like that down the pub?!
I just can't believe anyone gives enough of a shit to write a reply like that.

Fire and forget man, it's the innernet!

Leave it, Debbie, he's not worth it!

(reminds me of the spill over from pubs up north in the '80s... like it fucking matters to anyone! )

More famous for being one of life's back stabbing cunts with a penchant for scat.

So, the 3 main parts of the story that I replied to are in fact untrue/have changed. When you cut and pasted the story a couple of days ago you knew these 3 main points were untrue/had changed yet you decided to leave them as they were; that's ok for fun and artistic license, but not as a foundation for your argument...

Seems as you have changed the main 3 points of your story 180 degrees, then I can accept my points were simply not relevant to your fantasy.

FFS Betty you had the rag on with all and sundry yesterday. Just accept that you had a really shit day. It's not an 'argument' as you see it. It a simple story of everyday rural folk, to compliment the one in the op.

Shit happens this is Thailand etc .............

Yeah. Bets needs to lighten his pedantic load a bit.

Liked this thread before it began to take an unwarranted turn.

    Cheers, Charles.

Not a happy camper, is he.

What happened to all the pictures? I much prefer it when people make up shit or post point-and-laugh stories, or funny/saucy photos, or heaven forfend, informative threads about art, food, nature, holidays, housebuilding, money, women, and jolly good political rant threads and trolls.
