    Do top-shelf magazines still exist?

I don't actually know. Because I have been living in Thailand for so long, that I really have no idea if newsagents still have a top shelf with copies of Razzle and Romping with GrandMa - I really don't know.

    Someone care to enlighten me?

Never heard of those two mags, Simon...Funny you should mention this because I sometimes glance at the top shelves of a convenience store magazine rack as I walk by...Some old reflex from the old days, I suppose...

    Romping with Grandma?

Wishful thinking on your part maybe.

Used to be a bit of a laugh, buying "Asian Babes" in the local Asian newsagents. They never batted an eyelid mostly.

Probably already did, now he's looking for someone to buy the stills he grabs.

I saw some "top-shelf magazines" on the top shelves of a small shop in England last year but I can't vouch for other shops or other top shelves. I think there was some publicity about banning them around that time but I'm not sure what the outcome was.

They appear predominant in establishments run by Mr Patel and his ilk. Usually next to the pick 'n' mix liquorice and fizzy cola bottles.

You must live in a rough neighbourhood, Slap, if the pick 'n' mix liquorice and fizzy cola bottles are on the top shelf.
