    I wonder if it was ever any different. I remember when news was shown on the only channels available, usually government owned . . . did they have a political slant even then?

    Newspapers yes, there were always the 'left' or 'right' papers or news magazines.

    Now we have countless blogs and news websites . . . who can sift through all the bs to see what's really happening . . .
