    ^Lots of recipes. The staple in Brazil. In a works canteen you can have as much as you want and salad, the meat course is rationed.

    You miss the cunning plan. With a spread that involved turkey, roasted ham, veg, stuffing, gravy, roast and mash potatoes, pigs in blankets etc etc etc you would not have to eat just the same old boring salad every day. You can take bits and pieces of it to make different meals each time. Possibilities are endless.
