    I'm going to clean up

Plans to pay GPs a 55 bonus when they make a dementia diagnosis have been condemned as an "ethical travesty".

NHS England confirmed family doctors would receive the cash under a new scheme to ensure sufferers are identified early and given tailored care.
I'm going to make a fucking packet when I report you lot as demented.

Fuck that! Head to the House of Lords, work your way through the Commons and then off to the (un)Civil Service.

You'll make a bit of handy pocket money if you stop off at piwanoi's local while he is holding court too.

    Doing that already, ^
Dementia is not on My shopping list, but I keep making new friends every day, at the Supermarket, just like the old days, when Mum would take Me down the High St , and chat away, everybody knew everybody back then.
Sometimes I bump into the cat lady, who works with the elderly, takes care of old folks she does.
