I know some will say don't react, you're putting yourself in more danger by doing so.
This morning about half a click from Thai Belgian Bridge, a lowlife in his old van wanted to come into the lane i was in with no indication. I was on my bike and in front another motor cyclist. At this point the van and I are side by side. So, rather than put myself in danger I accelerated to overtake the bike in front giving room for the van. If you know TB bridge there are four lanes if i remember. As I approach the bridge I could see the van speed up but he looked like he was going to turn right, but what he did was cut 2 lanes crossing to the left hitting the side of me. It looked intentional for whatever reason. I saw red gave chase and pointed a few fingers with a final slap of his mirror as I passed. As I turned left to run down the side of the part, I approached the lights, on red to head toward CW. I stopped my bike in front of a car just in case e followed trying to rear end me. He did, stopped his van and threw something at me hitting my back. I got off my bike walked over while he frantically winds his window up before I punched it. We are exchanging words which is totally pointless as I have my helmet on. I gave him signals by pointing to my bike as to what he did. He's still mouthing off until I showed him the camera on my helmet. He quickly shut the fuck up..
I'm as polite as the next guy, but when someone intentionally tries to force me off the road it's a different matter. You hear of people getting shot in these situations, but in the heat of the moment it is hard not to react. I've walked away and shrugged my shoulder from some things on the road, but this got my back up.
I'm still pumping as I type this.
