I know a bloke who had it done on the NHS. He was full of praise for the service and was on his feet again under normal service within a month. he lived with a great deal of pain before but is happy again now. Will surely be available here, but might mean a trip to BKK. Be careful they don't mis-diagnose you as drunk.
It works well enough but you were never George Best to begin with. Good luck.

Have you looked into Stem Cell Surgery?

Many will scoff but I have seen some amazing things with great results and apart from a few syringes is non invasive.

If you require information PM me.

My father had both his knees done within 6 months did one wait 6 months then the next one.
That was due to his age he was 84 had the operation early afternoon the next day they make you walk and also have to climb some steps. If you can do that your discharged.
He was back hone 24 hours after both operations and able to get up and down the stairs after a week.
Steep stair case and quite a few steps, they give you exercises to do everyday plus think after the first week he had to go out and walk for different amount of time.So day one 5 minutes day two 7 minutes and so on.
He was pretty much sorted after 6 weeks after both operations and please to say has changed his life can walk really well these days unaided no walking stick.
Before knee replacement lots of pain could walk but with extreme difficulty due to pain and the knees being so badly worn.
Obviously varies from person to person but should be okay 2 months after the operation.
He had his operations done here.

Fascists dress in black and go around telling people what to do, whereas priests... more drink!
