so I thought I might try going online to get myself a bird for occasional boring sex,

Met Mr NR online. But I had to kiss an awful lot of frogs to meet him! Naah, actually in general it was an OK experience. Some guys were tossers, but most were OK, just not right for me. I only met one guy that I hated from the get go (I'm pretty sure it was mutual).
I think if you're honest with yourself and potential partners about what you want (one night stands, LTRs, commitment, a bit of fun) you can find what you want internet dating. Good luck, if you choose to try it

This thread didn't quite take off the way I expected, was actually trolling for some horror stories... my life is very uncomplicated at the moment, I don't need to be fucking that up.

Ok.. I met a bird once off the net, proper fittie, big knockers, Cypriot.. the first date was very intense and the second was lined up for sleeping at her place. So, went out, both got very drunk and went back to hers, at that point she turned into a bunny boiler, "men are all bastids" etc.. and looked to be whipping herself up into fit of violence, not really knowing the bird and only wanting a good time, I decided to put my boots back on and get the fook out of her flat, which I did to a hail of abuse, thing is.. once outside I was way too drunk to drive and had to sleep the night in the back of my car, in the freezing cold, then half sober in the early light drive home with the hope of not getting nicked... possibly worst internet date ever..?
