Anybody know what GPS maps are available for Thailand?

Are OS maps available to use with memory maps or just garmin road map ones?

I have a TomTom GPS which I bought in Australia which originally had Australia maps, just paid a small fee and downloaded maps for Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam etc. Works well, negotiated getting from one side of Bangkok to t'other without any drama.
