    Eggs Benedict.

Its an easily prepared classic breakfast/snack.

Couple of poached eggs on a sliced and toasted english muffin or crumpet, slice or two of crispy bacon or ham, a few sticks of buttered asparagus, and a hollandaise sauce, I prefer the sauce on the side rather than the dish being smothered in it.

Shakes sounds greeat! As for substitute hot dogs, no thanks, has to contain the proper amounts of waste and hazardous materials that Ralph Nader warned us about. "The hot dog is Americas deadliest missile." No chicken beaks its not a hot dog....

Finger foods you could do, tapa style, then again depends on available ingredients. If you make your own bacon I'd frly down just to get a bit of that. Smoked bacon? How do you do it?

No rice in the one I'm thinking of.
In the countryside they stew the pork in little clay pots.

Burgers with beetroot for the Aussies

Apple pie, if it's available. with cheese for the Canadians.

Whole leaf spinach salad if you have a salad section. As I have never seen it here although spinach seems to be in every market? Of what looks like spinach.

    Gnocchi

Any shoe knitting veggies down there? Macaroni-cheese burger. Sounds weird but I tried one the other day as it was different, it was OK. The macaroni and cheese was in a patty form, not like a hamburger helper!

Popular in Vieniane at the Scandi bakery. Ham and fried egg bap.

That being said I don't live down there so.....

Better to think inside the pub, than outside the box?

Not sure exactly as we haven't taken over yet but it involves a kind of powder that is tricky to get, but we found a source.

Its the 2nd poofiest thing i have heard, The first is the album itself. Im thinking of executing a kung fu master style head butt and elbow strike on it later ( i shall be wearing my Hello Kitty action slacks just to even the balance of gay and warrior )

A good steaming bowl of pasta.
Plenty of al dente pasta with a sufficiency of sauce - not a swamp as is so often the case- plenty of grated cheese, and it doesn't need to be Parmesan, at a fair price.
An absolute winner in my experience.

Proper home made chips not a problem.

Grated cheddar, ask for more if desired.

I have 4 rooms upstairs, 2 are quite large.

I was going to turn a spare room in my house into a gym but going to make it there now instead.

One may be rented to a friend for a health spa of sorts. Massage, manicures, face masks etc.

The way I see it, people are hungry and thirsty after the gym, and guys can wait at the bar for their girl. Win Win

There's a rather large back garden too which has a built in bar counter at the back with a roof over it. Never seen it used although I've played badminton out there.
