    Scottish butty, please.

Had one yesterday at the Tour de France in London.

Massive slices of bread, buttered on both sides - cheese, haggis, bacon, onion and mustard - cooked on the griddle. A Hamish Macbeth so they called it.

    Delicious!

    Cheers!

It will be business as normal for the first month as I've thrown everything into this venture, ie I'm broke.

Vimto is not likely I'm afraid but soon as I get back there will be rowie/buttery experiments to get the new menu under way.

We've already taken bread orders for Hat Yai plus bread and pie orders for NST.
    Lang may yer lum reek...

you can buy frozen garlic naan at makro - it is a round pastry that looks like a bit pita bread

just nuke it in the microwave and voila , ready to be dipped into your curry

If I put 1 candle in each, how many sausage rolls is that?

I'm back on the 20th next month, straight from the airport I'll not actually get there until about 9pm.

Nice looking place and eats. I only wish it was closer to my neighborhood. Might be a while before I can make it down there from central Thailand.

Respect for setting that up, Dirk.

Cheers Lad. The pictures you see of the tables are actually outside the front of the house with a roof slapped over it. There is also railings to keep street matter out. Entrance through the door only.

Inside is the sandwich counter and more tables (potential pool table zone), then a kitchen room and another room for baking.

I have 4 rooms upstairs to think about as all staff live outside and I'm going to keep it that way. One room is possibly about to become a stone massage spa thing (rented) and I may make a gym out of the largest room. See how we go. I don't live there.

Out back is a large garden. My dog may claim that.

    Indeed....pervert.

I, too, will extend a hardy kudos towards Dirk for a fine effort and luck bestowed.

Though, I have one question: what's a White French?
