Yes, you might stop wearing her panties too... And one of these, preferably the pink one in your case, you're not scrubbing your sweaty ass cheeks good enough, disgusting!

Have your mr./missus do it if you can't reach.... Speaking of reach.....................Can get that from either too whilst getting your bum washed....Don't want to be seen as dismissing our gay members.

Antibiotics might not help, multiresistant staphilococci in Thailand. Cleaning with soap, a drop of honey on the boil/abscess, and a new patch on top every day. Honey binds the moisture germs need to replicate, there is no resistance against this.

Topical antibiotics, a cream like Quadraderm, which is both anti-fungal and antibacterial, no need for internal antibiotics which will do more physical harm then good. Rainfall has some real points but the honey best for that is from NZ it's called Manuka honey but in this case he'd have to band aid however much of his ass needs it or it'd be a rather sticky feeling, I'd think would not be the most comfortable. I guess he needs to cover it in either case though on second thought.

Is Bactroban available in Thailand? It's also anti-fungal/antibacterial and has antibiotic action for external wounds.

Helps a lot with infected mossie bites.

Don't know, but the one I recommended is from Thailand and it is quite effective. I can't seem to find an antibacterial/antifungal here in the states (?) so I get this one sent over periodically.

    Aldara cream in small sachets.
It's quite expensive, is rubbed onto the skin each night and washed off after eight hours.
Five nights on / Two days off for six weeks.
It stimulates the immune system in the body and is also used for genetial warts, bcc & actinic keritosis.
Can be quite painful as the area gets very sore and weeps, but this is good as it shows it is working.
    Also leaves a scar.

Yeah, fcuk antibiotics. Honey sounds better; it's only a bloody spot on my arse. I've worked hard to get a body that looks like it has been chiseled out of Italian marble and I don't like any blemishes.

No BS now but the Tiger Balm seems to have done the job! It's gone reet down!

Tiger Balm claims to sort out everything from ankle sprains to stuffy nose to flatulence, well, they can now add tropical arse spots to that list!

A tropical arse spot is a big red spot the white man gets on his bum when he spends too long in the steaming hot tropics.
    no it isnt.

its the result of being a european/american/antipodean who has never learned or practised basic sensible bodily hygiene, and has been brainwashed into using silly and expensive bactericidal cleansing products as a substitute for regular natural soap and water leading to the skin being depleted of its normal efficient self regulatory bacterial flora and its subsequent susceptibility for boils, pimples, acne and excema.

as with most skin problems, the root cause is most likely compounded by a personal hygiene problem, in your case possibly as a result of wearing synthetic underwear, by the stubborn reliance on a sloppy post-defecation cleansing regime leading to smearage with pores becoming blocked by microscopic particles of bacterial laden fecal matter, and by inadequate ventilation of the buttock area caused by prolonged sitting or lack of movement.

The TD Lancet Team is in session.

In might be of some interest to review "crotch rot" at this juncture. It is a defoliation around the aforesaid area, similarly caused by one's crown jewels not being adequately: washed, ventilated and talcum powdered.

If you think the picture of a spotty ass is distasteful, then that of crotch rot is guaranteed to frighten the horses.
