With the new Dictates on Friday (18 July) regarding media and service provider gag orders, this issue is at forefront again.

Although the servers are based abroad, most of the owners/mods are not. Unless the have VPNs they are easily traceable. Would the owner roll over and provide IP addresses for posts if 'requested'? Well, what do you think?

These recently developed mandates have obviously been reflective of what can or cannot be discussed throughout forums such as TD [et al].....

Notice the rather inactivity of critical and challenging OPs and subsequent discussions that have been a hallmark here since memory.

Admin here [and elsewhere] will be submissive just as a matter of survival, less legal retribution. Rather makes sense if one sees such through their eyes.
