Received odd text pm today,anyone else had the same or have TRinet?

You will get special upgrade to Trinet within the next 10 days
with free call 50min1 mth plus chance to win gold 55MB/50 days.
To deny privilege dial *212**57 #

That;s it verbatim

I didnto request this but it came within the Thai visa alert subscription messages

! Is it genuine
2 Words like gold and privilege seem like come ons
3 Or is it a high cost scam where you call and it drains your phone
4 I am very reluctant to call unknown numbers

I wouldn't text back mate. I think that No2 in your list is highly likely. Have you googled the company and number given?

But sounds shit anyway..

Yes trinet is a DTAC label but the text looks dodgy think I'll give it a miss

Wasnt life simple when once year you might get a telegram or later a telex then the fax the junk fax

I have now got a spam filter on my email and very very rarely some nice Nigerian will is offered about every 66 months somehow they gey my email or do they just send to all?

Once a month I delete these spam and a amazed how one half of the plant wants to enlarge my organ and the other half lend me the credit to pay for it

Definite scam, but I don't know what that USSD code does. You could call your telco and ask them.
