..maybe Thailand could atleast try this..... it might involve having a police force..

^ If the above video is a bit disjointed it's because it's made up of many commercials used over the past 20 years.

The figures quoted at the start are for the state of Victoria which is where these videos were made.

Now come on, somebody teach The Thais that Australian and British governments raise revenue from motorists fines. This fills the coffers of the local Government, Councils.
Teach Thai Officials that money is made from speed cameras.
Direct payment to their pockets, not to the local beat bobbies.
Brilliant, aint it.
