I'm finally on holiday. Two days time I will be in Singapore and then I'm going to spend a month working my way round the Philippines and Thailand till I end up in Khao Lak for a while before heading home.

I used to go jogging in Pattaya during March & April 2004 on the darkside, from Pattayaland/Elephant village to the lake off soi 12 and back in the searing heat. I got a pic of the tan somewhere.

When we were a bit younger the Dragon Lady accompanied us on a round of golf at quite a posh seaside course. Upon arriving at the second tee the Dragon Lady decided that as it was such a nice day she would walk the remainder of the course in only her bikini.

The course followed the sun.

Guess who got half a tan?

Well mate, there's hot and then there's farking hot,

I went on a live aboard dive boat in March one year, not too bad.

My mate that has lived here 13 years went down in April and he was bitching about the heat.

Its friggin hot down there.

That's Thailand in April though, no big deal.


A tad different than a 40 deg day in Melbourne though I must add.
