im happily off em both now. Dirty fokkin things.
I havent smoked a single fag or tab on the balcony for 28 days and 18 hours.

Cold turkey is the only way to do it IMHO.

Im an expert at quitting quitting now me and can even pinpoint the days when the cravings will be the worst. Days 1 and 3 are the hardest, then it subsides and comes back on day 8, then days 13, 14, 15, 16 then it goes again and comes back on day 21. Im in unknown territory at the moment having never been this far but the wife hasnt left this time...yet

This time seems easier than the others, think i really wanna quit this time.

Apparently with some people the cravings come back after 6 months with a vengeance. so thats the target before i'll call myself an ex sm9ker- 6 months.
I hardly crave at all now. As for triggers, i swapped coffee and sugary drinks with water. Smoking isnt as pleasurable with water for some reason.
The best thing though is that ive been out drinking every weekend and havent started back. Keeping away from smokers is a big help.
Think i'll start a thread on it and become one of those horrible reformed smokers
