Actually I was more referring to the fact that it's a holiday and we can lounge around by the pool rather than work.

Yes, the pool. Holidays. Right.
I'm back Wednesday with three others, two Malays and one Indian. The Malays are original KL-ians, so no balik kampung.
Two are back on Thursday and the rest on Monday . . .
Officially only today and tomorrow are public holidays
Same here. (2 days holiday) but mostly everyone takes a week to ten days off.
Qatar is the same . . . ten days . . . Iran similar and Morocco pretty much also
So, very little for me to do.
Planning our Chrissie holidays in Japan . . . :) but . . . https://teakdoor.com/images/imported/2014/07/2749.jpg

They really do taste like the king of Beers, after being used to Tiger, Carlsberg, Singha, Chang, Leo et al
The woodchips and rice really do add a certain je ne sais quoi...Quote:

Fucking close to water?
^I'm curious about that. In the U.S. Bud is considered pisswater by everyone who doesn't drink it (not going to comment on the citizens who do). But here in Thailand I know some Western brews (i.e. Heineken) are brewed locally and that certainly changes the taste (in a really bad way, IMFHO). But there's so many good posts here about Bud, I assume two things: the posters are obviously not from the U.S. and secondly, it must be brewed here.
Got a bottle of Malibu Rum but too lazy to go to the shops to buy pineapple juice.
what shall I mix it with?
If you're too lazy to go to the shops, then you have 3 choices to mix it with: 1) nothing 2) What's in your refrigerator? 3) tap waterQuote:
