Dreaming of a price like that for it. I'm normally coughing up $75-$100

ETA for the 10 or 12 year old one.

Why pay for champagne when you can get these method champagnes at decent prices.

Another year, another pension....and a chance to stay on and collect another one next year

Mass produced commercial crap beer, full of preservatives and chemical shit. It won't go off like a proper craft beer.

    Enjoy.

I generally only buy a single malt if it has the words 'peat' or 'smoke/smokey/smoked' written on it somewhere.

I generally drink any whisky offered.

    Even a blend.

    Keep up the good work.

So did they steal Bud's branding or did Bud steal theirs?

Budvar is rated only 3.3/5 on untapped, still below average.

And Budweiser at 2.6/5 (still above average)

Most mainstream beers are rated at around 3.5, top rated ones are either mead or no longer brewed by their company.

    So it's kinda flawed.

I was getting stuck in to the Innis & Gunn last time back in Scotland. Who knew a beer could be better than Tennents!?

It's a running joke amongst users that every beer gets 3.75. Even the terrible Russian beers they sell by the can in the supermarkets get that thanks to multiple Russian reviewers giving them 5 stars.

    Yea they did:

'The dispute has been ongoing since 1907, and has involved more than 100 court cases around the world. As a result, Budweiser Budvar has the rights to the name Budweiser in most of Europe and Anheuser-Busch InBev has this right in North America.'

I definitely agree with you, most beers nowadays are shit, especially the ones with glucose syrup in them and brewed/ bottled in Burton upon Trent. Budvar is not expensive and is brewed and bottled in The Czech Republic. Try it sometime, you will not be disappointed.

I am definitely liking my peat more these days, especially as it gets colder.

I've never had Loch Lomond before, this is way too fruity, almost tastes like peach snaps ffs, ill keep it for making old fashionds. Buying Taliskar 10 next.

If it's blend, Grouse for me.

I prefer Kentucky Bourbon. Almost all Bourbon barrels wind up in Scotland, as you can never reuse bourbon barrels in the US according to law, so they get sold on to the Scots.
