Cheers Cyrille. They are quite an enjoyable beverage. In the states I usually use Snappy Tom mix which is a spicy tomatoe type juice. I brought back a few Clamto mixes and the Green Beans.

Indian cuisine sounds good. I am setting up some good old Fried Chicken with Seasoned Bread crumbs slowly cooked with real butter.

I always make mine with tonic water Cyrille. Slice of lemon instead of all the condiments and it's lovely.

Don't know about an 'Aroy Jang' though.

A VAT, yes rather easier and I don't remember ever thinking 'oh firk, out of pickled beans', I must admit.

If you're making a Bloody Mary with Clamato juice, it's actually a Caesar, not a Bloody Mary.

Never tried one with Gin. Have had one with a dash of Horseradish which was a nice flavor. Mustard sounds odd.

I do like the pickled green beans over the celery now and what's nice is they hold in the fridge for a long time where as celery is fresh and doesn't last. Unfortunately the pickled Green beans aren't available here. I brought 2 jars back with me on my last trip. So when they are out, it's back to celery.
