My view was not quite as salubrious, I didn't bother with a glass, and the temp was much lower (just had a nice little thunder storm, around 79)

I'm trying to de-clutter my life of numbers so don't do all of this 'target weight', 'number of steps', 'how many calories' bollox but would expect to lose 4 to 6kg in a 4 week trip.

While Marilyn keeps us up to date on what exercise she's thinking of doing?

I've always been one to clear out the old stock before I go away to work. This may seem a bit pedantic but it's just the way I am.



My last drink for a few weeks. I no longer drink before or on flights to work ... tomorrow I will awake (hopefully) with my head in work mode.

I will really miss this girl.

Well 100 degrees already at 11:30a. Groundskeeper things and watering done. Went to ice factory about 5 minutes from our house and picked up some ice blocks and big cubed ice for the mist machines and the cool fan for wife and dogs. Beer 30

Dont worry about it, theres nothing wrong with being a large mammel, a big beast. Works for me
