Back in the UK and trying to stay healthy. I bought this at Sainsbury. Sounds disgusting but tastes OK. Cost me maybe 2.50 pounds (can't remember, but it was one of the cheapest fresh fruit/veggie drinks).

^ on the health front, all supermarkets frozen sections have packs of berries, strawberries, blackberries, currants and blueberries which i chuck on my brekkies - c£2 for 400g usually.

Lippy lady from the long white cloud could not resist the calling of my honey soy marinaded BBQ chicken

Turns out she is actually from Tonga and she looks the part. Full on amazonian warrior woman

She graduated to 90% Bucks Fizz as the evening wore on and could drink me under the table I think

But no Tongan flag as she can hold her liquor and is playing her cards close to her ample chest

Try the Tesco meal deals, you can get one of those kiwi/mango/passion fruit and whatever cold pressed bollicks drinks instead of a coke.

A little jealous of all these tropical pics. It's lunar new year here (Tsaagan Tsaar), so most places are closed. Supping on one of my favorite beers, watching people go to and from bleak Brezhnev inspired commie blocks. Hey, at least they keep you warm in cold Mongolian winters.

Here is my recipe. Now I make mine a bit strong so you can adjust to your preference of Tequila.

2oz Anejo Tequila
1Oz Cointreau
1Oz Fresh lime juice
1/2 Oz Bickford Lemon Juice cordial

I put it all in a shaker and mix then pour over ice. Wonderfully refreshing.

Happy Saturday. It's also one of my wife favorite drinks and she usually walks by and drinks half of every one I make as I set my glass down at the BBQ pit.
