The WC match frenzy has eased up with the switch to the synchronous 3rd group game so I took a moment for a breather with a coffee flavoured lady-drink and limber up for the champion Senegal-Ecuador game - epic game - those fans deserve to get to the last 16!

I also finally got time to unbox my Kawanishi H6K Mavis

It is a monster flying boat built by the nippons just before the big showdown, after they eye-spied the design with their nasty little japs eyes on a trip to a Short Brothers factory in 1934 where the famous Sunderland was being designed.

Their follow up the H8K Emily is an even closer rip-off of the mighty Sunderland
