Well if you "Sip it" you can enjoy the nose and taste the orange.

If you "chug it" it doesn't matter..

^^^Nice one Willy. I will have to keep an I out for the IPA

The star of the show is the Supermarine Seafire - Navy evolution of the Spitfire, with this late Mk47 sporting contra-rotating propellers

Followed by 2 Sea Vampires (in British and Australian service) The second jet to enter British service after the Gloster Meteor (just months after VE day) and the first jet to ever land on an aircraft carrier.

And not lagging far behind we have the first successful navy jet from the 2nd greatest navy in the history of the world...

    ...the US Navy F-9F Panther

I had a glass of iced milk with my tandoori dinner.

Some more naval aviation evolution from the 1st and 2nd greatest navies ever to sail the high seas

The Hawker Sea Fury was a naval derivative of the famed WWII Hawker Tempest with a new rotary engine. It superceded the Supermarine Seafire to its rear (which had evolved from the Spitfire) and went up successfully against Mig-15s in the Korean war.

While on the other side of the Atlantic the F-9F Panther gave way to the sleeker F-9F Cougar which adopted a new swept wing design

This past June I had a chance to sample a sour mash called Uncle Nearest. It too had "great nose". Have you tried it, JPPR2?

The 1856?. I have not. I have heard of it, but never bought up a bottle. I will have to google it. I like mash grain but love the Rye whiskeys as they are soooo good

I have all I can bring back to Thailand so I cant buy more. Covid killing my liquor cabinet inventory...

Are you eating those dehydrated strawberries as a whisky snack, or do they belong to someone else.

My wives KW, she brought 2 bags with her from Thailand. Just happened to be in the picture. I usually never snack when drinking bourbon or whiskey albeit sometimes I will enjoy mixed nuts.

    Leo 'Strong Brew' Beer.

    What are you drinking today?-img_1165-jpg

It's dubious that a beer is called 'Strong' but its actual strength isn't visible anywhere on the can.

As expected, it's just the usual Nonthaburi bilge water. 4/10.

    Cheers 'X-tra'.

So, alc 6% and some ingredients are imported.

Far better than the Leo, and the best of a poor bunch brewed in Thailand at a fair price, imo. 6/10.

^ Consider it as involuntary weight loss.

Bread and a can of Andy Warhol soup for breakfast may help.

I believe it is 5.1%, as opposed to the normal 5%, which, to honest, is a bit Lulu-ish in its advertising and marketing.
