^ These aluminium thermos type glasses are good. Much better than your Thai condoms. Stick them in your fridge beforehand too.

The cup starts a third of the way up

So thats a full little can in there and it flies down the hatch

Why would anybody design a beer glass/cup that's quite big but only takes a small can??? Surely, it'd be better to be small can size but hold a full litre of beer.

I'm on the Goose Island IPA 4 pack again tonight (with associated glass). I'm quite excited today as the Korean post office called and told me they'll be charging me 20% import tax on me new Gibson (I expected 30%, so that's a result) and delivering it tomorrow... Yippeeeee...

You have it all in Thailand mate.

You staying in Bangkok or going straight home?

The Robin Hood did your Green Goblin on draught and that Katy you mentioned, a few years back.
Also in Pattaya you can get Thatchers on draught everywhere and Kopparberg and the expat shops there sell all the cans

Ah.. Somersby Cider - I like it! Tasted the apple, blackberry & elderflower flavors during my recent Malaysia trip. I don't see it sold in PI.

^^ Home aleady! Straight back into it... it was parents - teachers meetings today, and school starts tomorrow with the tortuous Korat rush hour traffic..

Korat is very different to Bangkok or Pattaya for choice although I'm sure I can find tinned cider somewhere.

I was hoping to stay off the booze for a while but I've got a taste for cider again now!

    ^ bloody alco...

So, it turns out that 4 cans doesn't last the whole evening.

But, to the hope (or not), it turns out that when I was paraletic last week and I left a bottle of horrible stuff in my drawer...

    What are you drinking today?-20200108_004444-jpg

Fuk me it's 'orrible, but perhaps, with help, it'll take me where I need to be!

It turns out, it can get worse! with blue...

    What are you drinking today?-20200108_005319-jpg

(It needs to be downed in one with a mixer...)

But, mix it with this fella/band and it could be fun...

(the back story is, back in the day, that Ian Brown was astonished by my drug intake... - yeah I know, fukin dumb in retrospect, but he did make great music.)

BTW, I've been promoted and teaching courses next semester such as : robotics and autonomy and business IT - it'll be a fukin riot based on student needs...

The wife has low blood pressure, so we keep different colours of red bull, as you do...

All I'll say is, with this Bolivian nastiness, you need to down it in one...

Often, very often, on a drinking night, I fall back on this great tune:

& now I am planning fuk'up'ed'ness with the Italian mistresss...

...just a little drink before tomorrow morning, as you do... I would say, intellectual companionship is so interesting, and perhaps, if I were to live life again, I'd search that area with more integrity.

    Been there. :/

I can see from the Exif data this was taken at 1:13am on a Tuesday night.

And contains a 490ml can of some sort of Smirnoff Ice type thing, called 'Electric Blue' or something, that rings in at an impressive 7%, that MM had in a cupboard.

    It wasn't even chilled. :/

    Still went down fine mind.

At 7% and tasting like bubblegum, it's no doubt responsible for more than a few 16 year old pregnancies.

I do like those 5 baht bag of peanuts.

Always just buy the full cardboard strip of them for 50 baht.

Which usually, and oddly, impresses the mom n pop shopkeeper with me level of richness.

    Yep.
Roast 'em yourself - a simple process.
Add a pinch of salt and accompanying roasted kaffir lime leaves/prik kee nuu.

Saves having to imbibe the added lye in the processed variety that are sold in most local village shops.

Went out tonight, had half a dozen beers. Got home, had a few more, and now we're on the greens. Nice...

Might have a headache tomorrow? But, my guitar playing is improving...

Looking forward to trying the ipa at least it's brewed in Blighty for some reason they were trying to sell lots of Australian beers. Fecking no way I'm drinking Terry's 1 year old shower water from his caravan.
