Roll along me next birthday.
On a Thursday night, with live music and folks enjoying the wide selection of excellent beers, I spent fukloads of Thai baht. I'd work at Chula until m4pm, walk down there, start drinking and be wasted by the time the bands came on... Be kicked out in the early hours 10,000 baht worse off. I once left there, got into a cab, told him to head over the bridge then just remember going around the ring-road unable to speak or remember where I lived or what country I was in... After some time, quite a lot I think, I managed to press call on my cellphone and when somebody answered I passed it to the driver... Fortunately, the last number called was the wife and she told the driver where to go. That made it into my top 5 of drunken nights of 10 years living in Bangkok...

There were 8%, 9%, 10% up up up beers at the Pintsman and I just kept trying different ones; often I was totally wrecked.
If you had the best of those two, you'd be the best footballer who ever played the game. If you had the worst of those two, you'd be living in King's Cross on a cardboard box, selling blow jobs for a shot of Tennents Super...

My usual evening tipple was always a couple of Leos, but since being diagnosed with high blood pressure, fatty liver, overweight, etc etc I've been trying to cut that habit out.
The day's jobs done, the daughter on Roblox, the wife watching some crap on tv, its been a hard transition to sit outside with the dogs without a beer. Unfortunately the gardener has taken pity on me and keeps giving me shots of this foul-tasting red-coloured stuff. It comes in old Hong Thong bottles at 100 Baht a go and gives me neck-shake every time I knock one back. There's definitely Lao Khao in there somewhere. But its becoming another habit. That's my tipple this Saturday night...

The wife seems to be getting worried about me and has started supplementing my revolting red whisky drink with this green concoction made from boiling kaffir lime leaves up in a saucepan. She read on Facebook that its good for high blood pressure...
Great, a lime water chaser... Sometimes I think I should have stuck with the Leo.
